When he joined Liverpool, Arsenal had just finished the season unbeaten, were the defending premier league champions and probably had one of the best teams in English football history. So in that context he did fantastically well to even catch you up.

Alright don't get your knickers in a twist <laugh>

I was responding to a post about his league performance, in particular that he had out performed arsenal in the league.

<ok> Fair play. He gets a lot of unfair criticism from ignorant people who only read newspapers and get their opinions from them. It was obvious the newspapers hated him because he never gave them the attention they wanted like a Redknapp or a Rodgers.

As an example of media bias Henry Winter criticised Rafa for not going to his father's funeral when he had the club world cup even though he couldn't fly back from Japan in time for it anyway and said it showed that he wasn't a normal human being and wasn't able to relate to his players (or something like that). When Pulis came to the Stoke game on the same day his mother died Henry Winter praised him as being a brave man showing his commitment to the team,

Henry Winter is a pure ****, never have i seen such hate and bile from him.

"And then there is Rafael Benitez. A man so sickeningly jealous and obsessed with Ferguson, it borders on the perverted. A man skulking in the shadows of the great Scot, constantly trying to bite at his heels. But the wily old mind games manipulation mastermind knows better. He will never yield to that level. With one swift jibe all of Benitez's hopes, dreams, aspirations are quashed.
While Ferguson relaxes at the majestic football cathedral that is Old Trafford, sipping on the sweet sparkling champagne of several superlatively sucsessful seasons, Benitez crawls back to his lair deep within the cold, characterless walls of Anfield. To brew up another posionous cauldron of lies. "

<laugh> What the **** is that? Why didn't Winter just ask if he could suck Ferguson's dick <laugh>

Henry Winter legitimately thinks football is game of thrones or something, judging by this article.

Henry Winter actually described United's first goal as a great counter attacking goal - to put it into context, De Gea hoofed the ball 70 yards, Zabaleta slips, ball bounces off Clichy and Young puts it away.

The man thinks because he's well educated and speaks well that he everything he says is gospel. Tw*t.
