Yet, on the other hand, we are not too shabby in the table and the seasonis just starting to get into the grove.

New players in still need to fully gel. Maybe, it's not all bad.

We need to keep it tight at the back as well.

Another game where we would have had to score 2 or more to win a game .

Yeah, we are good at shipping goals. Bachman has saved us on a number of occacions so far this season or it could have been worse.

Skysports cannot find a single reason why our goal was disallowed

    No offside and no foul

Much better than having all the nonsense of VAR for me. Some will go for others against. Better than VAR, personally.

Ironically VAR would most probably have allowed the two goals disallowed for us and given us a penalty against I think QPR

It still annoys me mind. Really slows the rhythm of the games.

And we are seven points behind Sheffield United - a team we beat. 35 points by season end?

Can't quite make out what he's saying to them, but fair play to Bachmann for trying to appease some mouthy fans.

One odd reply to the tweet - claiming that the atmosphere in the club is "toxic". That's not something I've noticed.

Just one of those new fancy phrases isn’t it when a team loses.

Particularly on a wet mid week up North.

I mean they looked together and united when scoring in the last minute v Boro and from what I have seen there has been lots of effort and trying to get results .

Just been a lack of quality and decision making .

If we are going to call players and particularly managers out every time we don’t win a couple of games then we’ll be having a new one each month !

I’d like to see what he can do with our best team available and fully fit .

And have the confidence to start games well which does seem to be an issue.

Defence is poor yes but that is down to the recruiting - not Edward himself.

I thought we looked a shamble last night. Was it the way Blackburn were set up against us or did Edwards give our players their head to just roam around the pitch at will? When he first came on board he seemed to have a method of playing probably based on Forest Green but it is not working here so he needs to come up with a structure that suits the players although I agree with so many injuries and newbies he probably hasn't got there yet.

He should not be sacked but given at least 2 seasons in charge.

He played 3-5-2 with wing backs and 2 big strong strikers who scored goals.

We don't really have any of those.

    Plus 2 leagues higher.

Some of the below comments are a bit worrying really, as they are things that have been said by RE before after games:

Watford boss Rob Edwards told BBC Three Counties Radio:

"We didn't start well, lost too many duels, and Blackburn were sharper.

"When we did have the ball we weren't good enough with it. We weren't able to break their pressure and their counter-pressing. That made for a really difficult evening, especially in the first half.

"It's something that I've spoken about with the players. There was a lack of spirit and fight in that first half. It's something that we'll have to rectify very quickly.

"No-one at every level is good enough to just turn up and win a football match. We have to earn it.

"There were quite a few of our fans who were angry and upset at the end and I can understand that.

"You can either go under or dig in and find way to turn it around."

At least he is telling it like it is - how he goes about rectifying the problems is anyone's guess though. I thought we had cleared all the problems out of the dressing room over the summer...

From the TV ( we were at the other end so couldn't tell) Davis came from an offside position - just - to head the ball & Kabasele - onside- put it in.
