ive just noticed how strong blackburns centre midfield is, that could be the difference unfortunately..
They don't pass it around in midfield well though which is what we do so it could be a difference which favours us.
Just pass the ball to Paul Robinson, we all know what he's like. Does the word 'Croatia' ring a bell anyone?
5 Live are pompus gits. It will all be Blackburn this and Rovers that. Match action on SSN after 10pm tonight. BBC website should have a round up of all the FL programme on thursday. Indeed. Great night last night. Lesta losing @ Charlton and TWS losing @ Blackpool were great results. Tonight could go one of 2 ways. If the players really do want Steve Kean OUT then tonight would be a good night to lay down and die especially with the home fans protesting. If they back the manager (god help them if they do) it will be an interesting game. Its going to be a fun night whatever the outcome. I think we can win regardless though. Somewhere between 500 - 1000 i would guess at.
Looks old to me. Ashbee and Boateng more than had the measure of Danny Murphy and Jimmy Bullard in 2008. Murphys legs have gone. Hence why Fulham let him go. Pedersen is the same leg wise. They look good on paper i agree but i just dont see them as a problem IF we are on our game and Bruce gets it right team wise. Yes. Pass and move and tire the old ones(Shebby Singhs words) out.
Hello, Blackburn fan here. As our board is dead on this site I thought I'd pop in here to say hello. Our first home game of the season, and by all accounts it's going to be a record low attendance. Not sure what to expect so far this season, and I think the next couple of games will make or break or season. Good luck for tonight, I hope you only get beat by a couple of goals
Thanks. I hope you lose tonight but win 5-0 on saturday against Leicester City. Good Luck also after tonight.
Afternoon, it's a shame what's happening at Blackburn. It seems to be taking all focus away from the football, i had a look at rovers talk yesterday and the thread titled Rovers v Hull mentions us about 4 times over the first 3 pages, all anyone wants to talk about is the owners, the manager, the attendance, protesting etc Hoping for a good game and if our defence can be as reliable as it usually is i can see us taking something away from the game. But i wouldn't be devistated to lose, you've got the players to win any game at this level whoever the manager is. Once he ****s off which he will (eventually) you'll do alright, assuming the Venky's don't make another ridiculous appointment (I can envisage your next manager to be called Shebby...)
Thanks for this, it's not nice what's happening to my club, and I can't help but rememeber that we where such a well run club only a few years ago But it could be so much worse, and at least the owners look like they have now deceided that they are in for the long term and are putting some money in. Also I think that it's time to stop going on and on about it all and support the team, I've supported Blackburn before the current owners and I'll support them long after they have sold up and left... Anyway back to the game, I'm glad we won and from what I can see we were OK, but I don't think we played like the home team all the time and need to get tigther. You guys where unlucky infront of goal and are looking good this year. Best of luck for the rest of the season.
Yes it was windy but when i arrived it was quite warm - sunny and dry actually. Home fans made the KC sound loud. Only the City fans made any noise for most fo the match.
