people lately being putting black pudding on my fried breaky i never had it and dont wish to it sounds disgusting whats it like though curious?
I love black pudding, especially fresh from the butchers. It's made from pigs blood, Jonno. It's gorgeous, you must try it!
Surprised you're not familiar with it Jonno. Made from a mixture of pig's blood, oatmeal and barley, black pudding is traditionally served during Eid celebrations, and also Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah. If there is a vegetarian in your life, I recommend offering it to them as an accompinament to roast lamb's heart and deviled kidneys.
The Germans call it Blutwurst which translates to "Blood Sausage". Now does'nt that sound even more delicious?
