    On the bargain theme.
    In Asda today and i bought a full Salmon for a tenner. Result.
    Just spent half an hour filleting it, had to send the mrs to mini Tesco as she had no freezer bags in the cupboard..

    I'm thinking i shoulda just opened a tin like me mam used to do...

    I've bought a few DVDs, and a couple of bottles of spirits that were cheaper online than I'd have got in the shop. All of it though is stuff I'd had on my list to buy when the price is right or presents I'd have been buying anyway, so it's less being taken in by it all and more taking advantage of the opportunity to get it cheaper.
