Why shouldn't she continue...? People would love to see Kauto Star run again, even if i dont think he should, and he deffo hasn't got anything to prove..
People would love to see Black Caviar run again but will it just become a procession of gratitude rather than a race of meaning... Is it a real problem of balancing whats good for the horse, though this should always be taken into consideration, or what the public want...

Two words redcgull - breeding shed.
The Australian breeding season has just started, so if they want to get a foal out of her next year she'll need to be covered in the next 2 months. In theory she can continue to race (assuming the Aussie rules are the same as ours) for another 3-4 months.
