Off Topic Bit of my childhood gone today

Gil Gerard, most famous for playing Buck Rogers has died aged 82. I loved that show as a young 'un (though that might also have been due to Colonel Wilma Deering in her tight, figure hugging cat suits...)

So RIP Gil Gerard.

I used to enjoy that too, although to be pedantic it was Buck Rogers in the 21st Century. You're right, Col Deering was a young man's dream! RIP Gil.

I too loved the show, and Wilma.

Mind you Buck was just about the coolest fella on TV.

Pretty sure the little robot Teaky's voice was by the same guy who did Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck voice Mel Blanc. Loved the program then, but how much has it dated over the years

Yeah it was, but I think it was only for the first series and someone else did it very similarly on the final series.
