Nah, on this occasion he's dug himself a wonderful hole and it's delicious watching him squirm at the realisation that he's been completely and utterly "pwned"! (Too much?)

Never mind moving the goal posts, try the whole bloody stadium! Good lord <doh>

Even by your standards JW, that was a dreadful opening quote, and there has been some strong candidates in the past <laugh>

Nigel Clough was sacked largely due to Derby's home record.Until last night they had only scored two goals at home with one draw and three defeats.

I'll tell you something else, it's a good job Big Mick wasn't watching, cos I imagine he'd go absolutely ballistic to see his team let slip a three goal lead if he knew. <laugh>

From 1 - 4 away from home, you really should have kicked on to make it 1 - 5. It's a fantastic feeling, 1 - 5, trust me - just ask anyone on this forum, they'll back me up <ok>

The best thing was that an ex-canary scored and assisted! <laugh> bottom of the league if they keep playing like that.

Indeed, and who could blame them, but as Superman says, that defeat singlehandedly
kick-started us on the marvellous journey that still continues to this day.

If it hadn't panned out like that, who knows, we might still be letting 3 goal leads slip against lower half sides like Derby County!:emoticon-0112-wonde

of course, had we thrown away a 3 goal lead from home, there wouldn't have been a thread on the ipswich board about it would there have been?

guru, jwm, a question - do you think you can make the top six this season?

in the championship anything can happen, personally as the season pans out nowi reckon around 8th is where we get to, but we always seem to do well after January so who knows.

not bad for a side who only spent 50k in transfer funds.
