No ML. But they could have moved to a greenfield site and built a 70,000 or whatever size they thought they could fill. However they were content with the small 52,000 stadium with its checkered history. Rangers it would appear would in the past have no problems paying for their new stadium, as they seem to run questionable fund raising methods. However it appears they have missed the opportunity.
Build a new super stadium, instead of super casino. Rangers in Celtic shadows except for titles and we all know how they won most of them.
