When I post things about managers, players, laws of the game or tactics etc, I'm not trying to be clever or looking for love ... I don't need social media kudos, it does nothing in reality

A lot of the times my posts are reactionary, let me see if I can explain myself a bit better

I love Leeds United, and like most, I want the club to be successful, and more importantly, beat Scum & Vile every season ... the wilderness years of the 80s and the 16 year banishment from the Prem took a lot to get through ... we're Leeds, it's how we roll

The one thing I do know is that for Leeds to be successful, there has to be unity, from top to bottom and more importantly the fans ... when the fans are behind the club unconditionally, it becomes an immovable force that bludgeons all and sundry

Every time we concede a goal, it's like a dagger to my side ... every time a Leeds "supporter" abuses or slags off a player or the club, it's like a dagger to my heart ... thing is, I don't understand why fans feel the need to constantly criticise, specially in the public glare of social media ... it only serves to divide, bring joy to opponents & chuck red meat at the Scum loving media to use against us

So when I see Leeds people having a go, I feel compelled to defend the player/club

After the WBA game Rutter got stick as being total dog, a waste of money and even "worst signing ever" ... considering the lad has only had two starts, I felt the criticism was unwarranted

In the lad's defence, I did the Rutter thread, trying to share what I saw from him that shows me he has the ability to become a very good player for Leeds once he gets settled in the team ... in that segment I shared, his movement in the space of 10 seconds was top level, and he put himself into 3 situations where the right ball would have caused danger ... that takes some doing, he did it

I wasn't trying to show anyone up, I simply wanted people to look at him differently so that they could see that's he's not rubbish and he needs our support, like evry player who wears the White shirt does

That's it ... if you think my actions were tw@ttish, so be it ... if you think my observations about Rutter were wrong, help me to understand why ... it's so much better than "fk off"

United, it's the only way this club succeeds, and that's how we can influence things positively

Not everyone is the same Billy, it would be a boring world if we were
people have different opinions, and express them differently, we don't all agree whether a player is great or crap and some let there frustrations get out of control, don't take anything personal, you're a good contributor to the forum even if I disagree with a few of your opinions
We're all leeds aren't we:emoticon-0148-yes:

Question.

You seem very protective of the club and the players but you seem very quick to round on the managers, is there a reason for that?
