Agreed. He's a class act and only 18, won't be long before Arsenal or a club alike will come sniffing. If we were to get him it'd have been outstanding, but he's signed a 5 year deal so thats out of the question. There still is players like Whittingham, Stewart, Kebe ect from this league that I think would be available at the right price.
Thats what i think too or he will go abroad. I think he will stay at Palace until the end of the season and then move on. Signing a new contract just puts Palace in a better position and lets them get more money for him
****, hopefully we give Kebe some more attention then, has he signed a new contract? or is he letting it run out? The word you seemed to be missing from my original quote was "dream". I believe we would have the finances to get these, thats all i was basing it on. Not saying that Whittingham/Zaha would leave their clubs. This is the last i heard from Kebe http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15385173.stm
I dont think he is Nigels type of player. I think we will end up with young players from the big teams. He did it here first time around and did it at Hull I would take Kebe though. Top winger in this league
if beckford & Howard were on the bench with Sharpe & Nugent on pitch I'd bring on Howard He'll create chances and centre backs no they've been in a game when he's against them. better for the end of a game than any other striker
Beckford will score goals Howard just causes opposition problems What would you prefer someone who will score or someone who will be a pain in the arse
i just think Beckford was a complete waste of money (love to be proved wrong) so that is somebody who scores goals out of the equation because he doesn't score. If we create chances Sharpe & nugent would score but I don't think Beckford would get many
