There's no way La Liga has more strength in depth. Anyone from Arsenal down to Chelsea, or even Everton/Liverpool, would have a very good chance of making CL in La Liga. No doubt Barca and Real are way ahead, and the standard of football played is better, but I still believe the PL is overall a higher quality and more competitive. The Bundesliga is my favourite top-tier league though.
