I did read that West Brom were interested, and so it has come to pass then.
A good move for him in my opinion and he deserves his Prem opportunity, he has done well for PNE and he will be missed but he has been committed right until the end.
Good luck for him and I hope he does well in the Prem..<ok>

if you ask me, fancy letting this guy go on a free. Good luck to him, but I think he may struggle in the top flight. As for Loyalty….come off it….staying would have been loyal. He going for more CASH, simple, and so would most of us!

I disagree though personally. He was never offered a renewed contract and he did insinuate that if we'd stayed up then he would have stayed. We'll never know that for sure that he would have stayed, but he gave it his all to the end.
I remember Dario Grady saying that he didn't feel that PNE was the right move for Billy and who am I to argue with him? He's forgotten more about football than I will ever know!! Hopefully this is his chance and personally I don't begrudge him one bit <ok> :)
