Back to the subject. Tamplin has become a figure of fun in the south. He has turned the football club into an absolute farce. He is cringeworthy to say the least and that is being kind to him. It is a typical Essex story and he has become a hated figure on the non league circuit. There is no doubt he is spending a fortune at this club but everyone is waiting for it to all go wrong and it will end up in tears. It is estimated that the wage bill is around 30-35000 pounds per week with players like Ohara, pennant and Konchelsky raking it in. The gates have gone from around 250 to over 1000 and he loves himself so much that he has had a painting of himself splattered all over the main stand. There is no doubt that he is ambitious but apparently his team talks before and after a match are something to behold. He has a squad of about 30 players but anyone who crosses him is out on their arse. The man is a very unsavoury person and has been asked to leave a couple of board rooms already.
