Better quality: Edit: Having watched it, it reminds me of those old fan vids from the Redknapp years. Very well put together.
Whatever you think of the man, I think Neil Warnock has conducted himself extremely well over the whole of the Sala process. I heard him on TalkShite this afternoon and he was thoughtful and dignified, pretty much how he has been through a situation that all his years of experience in football could not have prepared him for. This is where the person underneath had to shine through.
A very good friend of mine played for Warnock at Plymouth. He has always said that ok, on a match day he can be a right twat, but on the other 6 days of the week, he’s a diamond of a bloke. The way he has conducted himself on this Sala tragedy has been first class.
Looking forward to another Champions League Night on Wednesday, will be good to see the place fully open again - and lets hope the boys give us a night to remember. We will certainly need to take it up a level from yesterday to even go to Dortmund with a chance.
I know we have all seen it 100s of times (and will see it alot today), but it is an amazing save RIP Gordon
It is.a great save. No doubts. Am I alone in wondering why he doesn't push it round the post. Getting it over the bar is astonishing but unnecessary imo
Ah, the humorous "Downfall" vid captionings (of which there are many) . He has now gone to the great Fegerlein in the sky. Bruno Ganz QI : Not only did he act as Adolf, he played an academic geneticist in a film about the DNA cloning of Adolf (The boys from Brazil) .
Strangely, when a Tory Prime Minister suggested reintroducing the practice of the unspeakable pursuing the inedible... https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/3533139/fox-hunting-uk-law-ban-theresa-may-bird-of-prey-latest/ ...there was not a murmur of criticism....I guess those in red jackets weren't as much to Murdoch's distaste as Lewis, Levy, etc.?
Hmm, I wonder what particular trait links both Joe Lewis and Daniel Levy that Sun readers might not like...?
