It would be more palatable than Judas winning the league.

    A bit of good news...

    https://www.independent.co.uk/sport...le-changes-premier-league-video-a8660501.html

It's good to see confirmation that there's still the intention to introduce this. It's a shame that the practice is going to remain for next season but capping loans at 6-8 with a maximum of 2 per club is a start to the reintroduction of some sanity into a game being abused by financial doping. No surprise who the main culprits have been...

Leicester manager andfantasist, Claude Puel says there are comparisons to be drawn between Glenn Hoddle and Neil Maddison...

"Yes Claude, they both have consecutive letter 'd''s in their surname.........that is all."

James Maddison definitely has more in common with him though.
I don't think Glenn ever got as far north as Darlington.

So the Euro 2020 draw is in...

Group A: England, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Kosovo

Group B: Portugal, Ukraine, Serbia, Lithuania, Luxembourg

Group C: Netherlands, Germany, Northern Ireland, Estonia, Belarus

Group D: Switzerland, Denmark, Republic of Ireland, Georgia, Gibraltar

Group E: Croatia, Wales, Slovakia, Hungary, Azerbaijan

Group F: Spain, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Faroe Islands, Malta

Group G: Poland, Austria, Israel, Slovenia, Macedonia, Latvia

Group H: France, Iceland, Turkey, Albania, Moldova, Andorra

Group I: Belgium, Russia, Scotland, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, San Marino

Group J: Italy, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Finland, Greece, Armenia, Liechtenstein

So which team has been designated "It's only..." status to guarantee England dropping points?

But remember, FIFA hate England. Just look at the easy groups France and Germany got!

So what did England gain by winning their cup of nations group? I think I have misunderstood something somewhere?

Spurs supporter given ban for throwing a banana skin onto the pitch after an Arsenal goal, I was hoping that we were beyond that stage now. The ban is deserved.

I see that we have drawn Holland in the demi of the Nations League. Not a bad draw.

    Beyond that stage?

No way are we even close to getting past it. The world is regressing imo.

Hell, plenty of Trump fanboys actively try and deny any racist has ever compared black people to apes even though there's written evidence of it going back to the 1850s (or just try and change the subject and blame it on taking prescription painkillers...)

I honestly thought that things were getting much better until a little after the financial crash.
We seem to have gone backwards rather dramatically for the last decade, unfortunately.

I'd say in the last 2 1/2 years, because something really accelerated the devolution. I wonder what that was...
