I don't think it is possible for JD to go any higher in my estimation. His words sound utterly genuine and heartfelt. Very hard to read and keep my emotions in check.
Y You could probably widen it to 5 lanes plus a hard shoulder for 2 billion. Say 2 - 3 Million per bridge and 15-20 million per mile should do it.
Pity you can't drive onto a car carrier at Euston,Kings Cross etc at anytime and save time and wear and tare on you and your car......or are they doing this already throughout Britain? ...apart from Eurostar.
When do they close the roof and put the lights on? Apparently, they can play to 11.00pm - but there will obviously be a rest for the players whilst the roof is closed. Just wondering how long Muller can keep sending his booming serves down before fatigue plays a part and Rafa takes his chance.
Just realised they're on no.1 court. They'll have to play until at least 2019 for the roof to be a factor!!
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/daniel-murphy-number-one-in-mlb-spurs-fan-050717/ This may be of interest for explaining how Spurs and football in general can draw in new fans. It definitely reminded me of my experience. Daniel Murphy leads the National League (baseball) in hitting, and has become a big Spurs fan. “I’ve never experienced anything like that before [a game at White Hart Lane] and I’ve been to some pretty high-profile sporting events in the US. That was the next level. I couldn’t try to explain it back home. “Harry Kane ran over to the fans and I had my arms open wide, it was like he was running straight to us! I’d love to ask Harry and the guys when they score a goal like that, how much he’s aware of that. To be on the other side of it was some experience. I loved the ride - and it’s a great time to support Spurs.”
Not been overly active past couple weeks, been enjoying a nice break with the fam down in Devon. It's sometimes easy to forget how beautiful this country can be:
Very nice but I love the rolling hills and countryside of Sussex.. drove through Wales with the wife one year.Talk about boring! I lived in Tottenham for the first 24 years of my life and one just accepts "the smoke",don't you. All my clubs gone now.Enterprise WMC and the old TL&R..........
