In the space of 24 hours Lou Reed, Marcia "Voice of Mrs Krabapple" Wallace, and the inventor of the doner kebab have died. Suddenly that hurricane/tornado/typhoon/plague of locusts they're forecasting for tomorrow doesn't seem so depressing.
If you wanted an exciting game on the weekend you should have gone to Hemel Hempstead v Sutton.Sutton's six games without conceeding went after 4 minutes, then appoarching H/T,Sutton were 3-1 up and bossing the game, then the Ref stepped in,with 3 dodgy penalty's,one before H/T for HH,saved by the Keeper but the rebound knocked in,then another one to them just after H/T,for a blatent dive.to make it 3-3.Sutton then had a Penalty, taken by Slabber ,saved by the keeper, and the rebound flying over the bar, then hh kicking one off the line, just beforethe end,the replay is on Tuesday night at Sutton for the right to play either Kidderminster or Bradford Park Avenue away, fifth away draw in a row for Sutton
Kyle Walker has signed up for another 6 years - vote of confidence from him http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24715672
Big game of the night kicking off in 20 minutes time, Sutton V Hemel Hempstead replay!,delay to the match ,at 7:30,H.H haven't turned up yet
I can understand where Totsfan is coming from.I used to watch Walthamstow Avenue and Romford quite a lot when Spurs weren't playing. We are football nuts (well I used to be!!!! when I was younger!)

Good lord DL has a downer on us. Firstly, the only barriers to Arsenal winning the FA Cup are Chelsea, City, United, Liverpool and Everton and then holds the interesting views that Arsenal's best chance of a cup is the Europa (cause they are MILES better than anyone else in it) and that they won't cope with Sunday/Thursday football meaning Liverpool are a shoo in for top 4 (not favourites, but a shoo in). Interesting views to reconcile - will Arsenal win the Europa at a canter or will they not cope? Copying the quotes here to review later in the year!
Don't try to understand DL, he's very difficult to follow. Apparently Spurs have the 7/8th best first 11 in the league(but with good squad depth) a manager who's inept and yet we should be way ahead of Chelsea because they've had a more difficult start whilst we've had games that are not easy... but not anywhere near how difficult Chelsea's has been I'd personally argue that playing Arsenal and Chelsea is far more difficult than any of the games they've played when you consider our first 11 is of midtable quality. That or I'd argue that infact our first 11 probably isn't mid table if we're currently 4th with such a shoddy manager. Or that AVB isn't that bad since he is overachieving in these early stages with a side that can only be realistically considered outsiders for a Europa League place.
The PL table does not lie. For their current GD, Spurs are on the right points total for a team of that GD. Similarly for the teams currently above us. Tis Citeh who are obviously under-performing wrt their GD.
