With the jury in the Ryan Giggs case being discharged, what are the implications of this? Does this mean he is in the clear, or I does it now bounce back to the CPS to decide if they want to bring him back to court again?
If a retrial, what is the likelihood that the next jury selected will come to a decision one way or another ?? More so given how long this trial has been in the public domain (the likelihood of selecting an untainted jury will similarly now drop) .
The main implication is men's rights campaigners are going to use Giggs' name when saying all women are whores who lie through their whore mouths Just like they've been using Johnny Depp
I have no idea whether or not Giggs is guilty of the crimes he was charged with but people on SM are already pretty much doing this. There is an acceptance that women are lesser than men. When I was a kid in the 70s and 80s I was not exactly a PC gone mad type and did things I really shouldn't have but hitting a girlfriend was a ****ing big no no... not saying that everything was brilliant back then but I don't remember boys openly talking so ****tily to or about girls tbh. Imho educating young men and boys on how to behave to women is a real necessity. The number of young Boys and teenage boys who think it is OK to hit women or to use words like slags, bitches etc is frightening. Some of it is undoubtedly from what they watch on the SM or YouTube but a lot comes from them copying men they know (dad's, uncles, neighbours etc). It kind of worries me about my 19 and 24 Yr old girls who have already had some very ****ty experiences.
