No big romantic or career regrets, music wise I saw The Clash, The Jam, The Smiths and The Fall, only gig regret is never seeing Joy Division and some of those early Adelphi gigs like Stone Roses in 1989.
Football supporting regret is not going away with England in the 80's when I knew Hull lads who went and heard what an adventure they had.

You don't realise how bad it's got till it's to late ( well I didn't anyway ). I'm 38 but feel 68 with everything that's caught up with me this last year. Once it's sorted and I can actually move properly again. The #1 aim is to sort out my health/weight/fitness.
I’ve not got a manual job anymore and I’ve put a stone on. Had an appointment at rhumetolgy last week and spoke about various things and made me think.
From tomorrow it’s back on the healthy eating and exercise, I’m training with a vets team next Wednesday aswell

I'm tempted to play vets TBF, I'm back in for another operation soon and it'll be 3/4 months until I can do anything contact sport wise at a min. Once the surgeon says I'm ok to be back in the gym though the first port of call is working on weight loss and flexibility. My realistic aim is to be back into things properly routine wise and seeing a huge difference by the turn of the year, which I hate the thought of because I'm so impatient.
