The same fans such as Piskie who say judge Wenger on 18 years not one season are now judging them on one game v Hull, that they nearly bottled.

From a Chelsea fan's view. In Wenger We Trust; in Failure we trust.

They have lost their winning DNA and one result v Hull does not change that

Where have I said that you sweaty clunge sniffer ? <grr>

Arsenal have improved this season, not only did we finish with more points, we won a trophy, unlike the specialist in failure. To go comparing us with Birmingham and Wigan because they won cups and then got relegated is total garbage.

I bet you screwed your face up into an angry little ball when Ramsey scored that winner <laugh>

I wouldnt have thought so, we have won that trophy so many times in the last 8 years they were going to rename it the Chelsea Cup.

Arsenal improved in the sense that they won a trophy (finally), league wise, they finished 4th.....again....and got battered by every team in the top 5......again.

Other than winning the fa cup we had our highest points tally for like 5 seasons, lead the league for ages and stayed in the title race for most of the season having top 4 dealt with early on. Whereas in recent seasons we've started poorly, not been in the title race at all and had to have amazing form to scrape 3rd/4th.

As for the big teams none did the double over us in the league (you guys did do the double over pool and city if I remember correctly). We beat spurs 3 times and Everton and Liverpool in two of 3 games. The emirates was a fortress this season, it was away in a few games to the big teams whilst several of our key players where injured that we came apart.

It was a clear improvement from arsenal this season. Think it's fairly obvious to see.

Im just messing with ya to be honest.
    I think they did improve.
Ultimately though, you did just finish 4th again.
a CL place and a trophy is a decent season for any team really.
You really just need to get rid of your manager and bring someone in who will spend money (and spend it wisely) and you may be a force to be reckoned with.
