    There will never be a huge derby in this country that takes precedence over all others, unlike in Spain, Argentina and Scotland, say.

    The most important one recently has been Man U vs Liverpool, but in the past, Man U vs Leeds, Everton vs Liverpool, Arsenal vs Tottenham have all been huge too. The one that might well establish itself like the Old Firm is the Manchester Derby, because both clubs have bought success to such an extent that it will be difficult/impossible for everyone else to catch up.

    two outher derbys to throw in there... birmingham derbys??? what are they like??? welsh derbys???

    but the fact is even now i cringed at the score 5-1.... I think to us its massive to everyone else there derby is alot better

    It's the only one I care about, therefore it's the biggest for me. Growing up in Chester, the Chester-Wrexham games were a bit tasty, albeit on a pretty small scale. Both clubs gone tits up since then :(
