Personally If I took over the manager of the bottom club in my first week with the full squad together with the derby that weekend. It would be double training all week, physical in the morning classroom theory and bonding in the afternoon. Not to say he hasn't done that but there's definitely been a day just before the derby he's had a day off. Obliged I know. But it does chip away at the confidence for this weekend knowing the Manager has been out plugging a book instead of being with his squad.
