Squad rotation could be key this season though, King. If we take the Europa League fairly seriously, which we should, then that's 20+ games on it's own. It's like an additional half-season.
If he's happy with playing more in cup games and Europa League (assuming Harry is going to play very different lineups for the PL and Europa League) then I'm all for bringing Parker in. However if signing Parker means less game time for Sandro and Huddlestone then I'd rather not sign him as I think both players are better than him. This is assuming we keep hold of Modric of course.
THudd and Sandro are both pretty young. Advantages and Disadvantages. Adv: he can 'teach' them in training, give them tips etc. Disadv: he could delay their game time development, and keep them out of the team for a couple of years. Maybe a loan deal for a year? My ideal option.
Who you talking to? Is there a Millwall fan on? We will see you in ONE year.......when the playing field will be level again and you will be mid table.
Well if we have already turned down 7.5 million then I am assuming the club want a little bit more, that is simply my estimation. You want him don't you? I can tell.
what's funny about free transfers? several were brought in via that method. The long term good news, they are off the wage bill.
Not last year King, but it was the year before. The figures are always a year behind, though. I doubt that signing the likes of Ba and Hitzlsperger and including relegation release clauses will have helped their finances.
