    Great interview from a very down to earth guy. Really glad that he seems to understand the financial cost to the supporter and is trying to impress that on the players.

    As for the "sign a striker this window or the next" quote I can't remember where I read it but i'm sure he has said that whilst he wants to sign another one he wants to make sure that we get a player who will fit into and improve our playing style and not just by any old player just to say that we have got one. I agree with that approach, so long as he isn't too fussy about it.
