Hi guys - just popped over :)

Look, this thread was a wum and that's fine. Anyone who says it's not is either very thick or being disingenuous. It's pretty mild and a little amusing compared to his usual standards but as Steveoldhino pointed out, getting a response from the Jacks and then whingeing to the mods when he doesn't like it is a bit rich. I understand Sparkey's annoyance too. His comments are well reasoned and make a lot of sense. Sorry Sparkey but I have to agree with you this time. <laugh>

But as for 'supporting the lad', please don't make me laugh. He goes out of his way to cause havoc with his jack-centric threads and there are those on both sides who are happy for food fight to ensue. For posters like Sparkey I understand that must be annoying. As for Jacks wanting to get him banned over here I don't see much evidence of that. How is it anything to do with them? He was banned on our board justifiably because his posts and threads were disruptive and often nasty (a side to him I haven't seen so much of lately), including offering to meet for a punch up - and then not turning up. <laugh>

You're stuck with the little horror and it's up to your mods how you deal with him. But John - a word to the not so wise. It really doesn't pay to piss off the more established and respected posters. <ok>

Yet again proving my point.

That's fair enough, but what about threads that aren't John's? If he (or anyone else for that matter) "digresses", should they be punished?

We need a level playing field, not just blindly support our own like they tend to do elsewhere.

Yes.

"This is the last time i will post on the CCFC board".....KJ 17/7/13................

Sadly John has created a rod for his own back. Opposing team posters will look for anything remotely associated with their team and then make comments. As the OP John has to manage the thread and not involve himself in any silliness. He is aware of this and I am sure he will conduct himself accordingly.

May i remind some that only last week posted a message wishing all 3 Welsh league teams well this season and Wrexham but that thread got pulled to pieces by jacks just because i did not spell swansea with a capital S , FFS whats a lad to do ................;O)

LOL , just imagine if i had used that last sentance Sparky , the jacks would have been all over me like a rash ...;O)

John - they deserve what they bring on themselves. The crap that's posted over there about this club is laughable and most of them jump in like lemmings.

I've noticed that very few Cardiff posters bite, whereas some can't help themselves over here. They are priviliged to have the opportunity to do so, whereas they've prevented you from doing so over there.

Like I said - level playing field called for. Maybe restraint from both sides would help as well. <ok>

Second leg tonight and a treat for all welsh fans everywhere......A MUST WATCH for any football supporter. New premiership managers are encouraged to watch and learn courtesy of Swansea city AFC .......

i dont think we will go all out tonight and maybe rest a few players but its not over by any stretch of the imagination when its only half time. I would be shocked if we concede 4 or 5 goals though. Just one early goal for us and they must score 6 so i hope we get that goal....

You are joking?

Malmo are rubbish.

0-2.

Ok they beat Hibs. Their best player by a mile last season was a Wolves player who they didnt want as they didnt think he was good enough for The Championship.

Bristol City could beat them - well if they left JET out.

John, stob telling fibs. We all know you watched it

PS Shouldnt you change your signature?

HOME - noun

The place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household:the floods forced many people to flee their homes.
The family or social unit occupying a permanent residence:he comes from a good home.
A house or flat considered as a commercial property:low-cost homes for first-time buyers[as modifier]:the growth in home ownership.
The district or country where one was born or has settled on a long-term basis:they have made Provence their home.

Unless you are possibly referring to it in this sense:
An institution for people needing professional care or supervision.

This thread was on the CARDIFF thread stevo and if any jack has taken offence well hard luck , have you read it?, advise to little ol jacks that take offence is to stay off the board, simples .
Never knew of the game down west as nothing to do with me or any interest , bit like the Cardiff board should be to jacks , i was watching local grass roots football is that wrong to say?, then a twisted jack mentioned were they "kids"!!!!!!!!!! , and you have a pop at me Stevo ...........think bout it .

No. It wasn't on the Cardiff thread. It was on the Cardiff board. And you edited that post once pmsl

Very precise when you want to be uplands but very sloppy in others. If you are going to be picky, be consistent.

Picking JH up on the definition of home and thread or board, but very sloppy in understanding the difference between slander and libel on the £1M charity thread. Or even the difference between slander, libel and truth.
