Hart is a quality keeper. Fraser is a quality keeper. Butland is a quality keeper. Not much in it but Hart is the best IMO.

Tbh I'd expect him to make all of those saves, the second one was basic goalkeeping and he was lucky Ozil didn't place it any better.

That being said he still had to make them, if we had Stek/Gazza/Davis in goal I expect we would have conceded at least 2 last night.

Not sure about that. England also have about half a dozen talented strikers. So we're alright up top and between the sticks. Midfield lacks a world class playmaker and the defensive options maybe aren't great, but if we can score goals and not concede then who knows?
