    I'm not saying someone doesn't deserve to get done, I just don't think that any person or persons will be wholly responsible. You'd have to establish culpability from the original constructors (no chance as the buildings are 50 years old) the recent refurbishment contractors (would need proof beyond reasonable doubt that their works caused or contributed to the fire) the management team (again, would need specific manslaughter charges to hold up) or the local Council and their officers (building control, Housing etc).

    Trying to find useable evidence in that pile of ashes is a tall order and evidence isn't proof. Guaranteed to be a few people involved feeling nervous at the moment.
