To be fair I dont mind any Swansea fan saying they were glad we lost. They support their local side and if they want their rivals to lose then fair enough. However after yesterday trying to gloat over a defeat like that would make anyone look foolish. Cardiff were superb yesterday and the watching world saw it. To be fair to Vetch he doesnt like Cardiff or its people but hes not attempting to take the ****. Anyone who does is going to come across as bitter. Brilliant effort - so close. End of the day its just a game! Im confused though I didnt see a scouser with curly hair and a moustache or any thieving!!!!!!! Great game , great day pity about the result.
Cardiff's effort should go down as one of the braver " David vs Goliath " games in the league cup final . More importantly the manager should be able to sell this effort toward rallying the team toward promotion , mentally . Physically is another thing though as 4 games in 10 days is what awaits them after the week off . This is a brave , hard working bunch of footballers Malky has assembled , on the cheap .
I agree its going to be tough. We need fresh legs. Going out and bringing in loans may not be the best thing. If we fail we release a few in the summer and bring in fresh faces and get stronger. We are now doing it the right way. This has been the best season for me football wise since ive supported the club. And it still will be if we tire and finish 10th. Malky will get us there.
To be fair to Cracker ive given him a bit of stick for some of his recent posts. (sorry Cracker but the French Newspaper comment was comedy gold) His posts since the defeat are fair enough. Hes not saying he wanted us to win. Just making fair comments. It would be easy to attempt a wind up. He isnt doing that.
I don't got a lot of use for Cardiff fans , I don't know how many times I have to say it before it sinks in . I don;t know how many times I have to say I like this Cardiff team & manager before it sinks in either . I also said I hope Cardiff win this cup , but if they don't , at least there fans can kiss my ass . But after yesterdays performance , I just don't have the heart to say it . Cheers !
Your right Cracker a loan player or 2 probably is a must. But if we cant get the right player at the right price then we may have to wait until the summer. Malky wont do what Jones did. The utter rubbish he brought in to supposedly strengthen just cant happen again. Bit of luck with injuries we can still make the top 6 and then its a lottery-again.

the final must be out of their minds now, big game sunday vs west ham, i suspect that final took alot out of the players who played the full 120, physically and mentally, i think there will be a few changes, the focus has to now be on securing at least a top 6 finish
By the way , Malky is no fool . He knows he better keep the pace up because he knows how quickly Cardiff fans can turn against authority , as do the owners .. tootle loo !!
