i thought waghorn looked good and would probably start him next to wood. Wood looks less dangerous because he is more back to goal and looks forward less. He needs pace with him i think though and waggy isnt pace

Sounds like Wood and Waghorn's partnership was the only positive about yesterday's game. I'm guessing Nugent's injured if he's not playing? I'd like to see Schlupp start up front personally, I'm hoping Bakoyogo's signing means the end of Schlupp at LB, I'm not saying he's not good there, I just think he's a bit wasted in defence.

Brentford have had a 2nd bid for Liam Moore rejected

Ian Stringer thinks Moore will start at centre half of a 3 against Middlesbrough after he has impressed in pre season. Sean St. Ledger struggled against Monaco and scored an own goal last night mean his place is at threat

I was crying out for us to play 3-5-2 last season, but nobody else seemed interested. I'm so glad I rang Nigel and told him what needs to be done ;)

but i was thinking about schlupp. Ultimately its his decision really, and i was one of those calling for him to be our striker last season, but i think he could turn out to be a bit like ashley cole - a striker turned into a top top LB. He has dyanamite pace and no wingers can ever get past him. I think he can make it bigger there than as a striker, but its up to him to decide which he's prefere, and i think he would rather be a lesser successful striker.

I think Schlupp best position is left wing rather then up front or left back. I actually rate him more as a left back then striker

LWB could be his position if 5-3-2 is played though. Watching De Laet bomb it down the wings, I don't see how Schlupp couldn't do the same.

Bakayogo is like **** of a shovel... Jeff is a striker ... he scored 3 in 6 at the end of last season ... got to be given a chance IMHO

We can´t sell any way as we won´t have a squad left.
