Pour it into an empty pop bottle, the nurses won't know the difference.

Went fine, but he's on oxycodone so anything might have happened tbf.

But he's fine and in NO pain. Just high.

He's going to want more limbs amputated now. Become an oxycodone junkie. Next thing you know he'll even be getting the hammerhead amputated just to get a high.

Maybe it will cure him of the Cornish blue addiction.

The quality of service I received from all of the many staff was frankly outstanding. Hats off to Halton hossy in sunny Runcorn <ok>

Glad you had a good time...<ok>

Hard to believe anything good coming out of Runcorn. <laugh> perhaps the biggest dreary dump in all of Cheshire.

Maybe RHC is permanently altered. From now on he will drink Chianti instead of Carling, complement everyone instead of calling them **** hounds, insist on only missionary sex, and only after marriage. @Zingy is probably about to receive a dowry to take his daughter's hand on marriage.

    • just listening to TMS. Blowers' last test. I was superbly looked after, start to finish. Only negative was I was last one in, so it was a long, nervous wait. I was very nervous about the spinal block, but everything was explained in very clear detail. The actual injection was a little uncomfortable, but nothing more. I also had an intravenous sedative to make sure I was "well chilled out". I listened to Steely Dan on my earphones whilst the op continued.
It took 3.5 hours in total. About twice as long as usual, but he also had to part rebuild my hip as well because of the break. I didn't feel any pain until last night. The surgeon said it would come and **** me, he was right <yikes> I declined to take the oxycodone with me, as I was in no pain.Bad mistake, but I got in touch with my GP surgery explaining the situation and my chemist is picking it rp for me today. The NHS at its very ****ing best! There were even several very fit nurses

I've just typed four paragraphs on the entire experience and then promptly deleted it accidentally <grr> So, in summary, see above <laugh>

The spinal block was diamorphine, by the way, so as my reporter mate pointed out, I'm now officially a smackhead <laugh>
