The old ones are the worst, you find yourself not listening to what they're saying but just staring at their tufts of ear hair.

Custard says iPhone so go Android....

I find Samsung is the way to go....I have currently got a Samsung S6 Edge for personal use and Samsung S5 Neo for work and both brilliant. Although S6 is better..

I pay £26 per month, unlimited data, calls and text and just by my phone. I have one of those old contracts, which is now monthly rolling contract until I decide to end the contract :1980_boogie_down::emoticon-0126-nerd:

How much data do you use and which network?

I pay £20 and get 22Gb of data and unlimited everything else. Never used more than 14gb in a month though.

Them folk who desperately need to renew to each new iPhone release every 12 months though... come on, wtf are these people?

Sleeping outside of the Apple shop for 4 months getting the **** kicked out of them by drunken passers by, all so they can open the box and play with something that is exactly the same as the one they have in their hand, except it'll take them 6 hours after 500 password resets to move the gargantuan amount of useless crap from one phone to the other.

After 3 years with my previous phone, an iPhone 5, I changed for the new one last November.

If you use iCloud, you download everything you need onto your new phone in no time, job done.

I have an Android as my personal phone and an iPhone as my work phone.

I can't for the life of me work out how people prefer iPhone's. Such a pain in the arse to do anything.

Android's are easy to do anything. I've had Sony Xperia's for the last few years and they're excellent imo @PISKIE

I think you'll find it's a lot safer nowadays...I've never had one single problem with it in 5 years or more

Yes it has worked for you but you cannot say its all safe somewhere and that's all there is to it...should someone wish to take your details easily done mate even internally as they have access to everything and sold on....

    That's just ridiculous.

Of course if any sensitive data had been compromised it would come to light somewhere pretty quickly.

Very true....IT guys always have access to everything and if they come across something funny or stupid they pass it around within the team at the very least...<laugh>

    Based on what?

Hacked data is harvested in massive amounts and sold on the black market, if your data is deemed worthless and nobody could do anything with it then you'd never find out about it... hypothetically speaking.

Try taking a photo of your credit card front and back then saving it on iCloud, just as an experiment.
