If I did a random search of the Watford board what are the chances I could find a solitary thread where your squad/team has come in for criticism? I won't be doing that though because I don't care enough, likewise I would not give my personal opinion of a team I have not seen playing (Watford). That's the difference (one of the many to be honest) between us, I'm an opiniated **** but only on matters where I am well informed or at least have some knowledge. You have an opinion on lots of things, most of which you know nothing about.

Apparently Celtic get a "Free Pass" every season, Man city's "Free Pass" to the CL did not seem to do them any good.
Do you think Celtic would finish top 4 in the Prem? It's not even a free pass for Man United or Liverpool, there is huge competition for Champions league spots .

Maybe not right away, they may even struggle to retain a place in the league....at first. Give Celtic the money that the sides in the EPL have from TV and i'm willing to bet that would change. Celtic get a fraction of TV money that about 30 teams in England make. Do you really think that a club the size of Celtic would struggle against Burnley, Stoke, Aston Villa and many more besides if we had "More" money than them? And we would have more, our turnover over the last few years - discounting TV money - is better than most clubs in Europe.
It's a joke,its well known that it was an appeasement handed to the "Big" countries by UEFA who were ****ing themselves that the "Big" countries were going to form a super league. Some nations have never had a representative in the CL, that's a ****ing disgrace, a sham of a tournament, motivated by money and greed and won with the same. It's practically impossible for small countries to win it, its a Champions League, it should be for Champions, not also rans however good they may have been.
When the English sides get knocked out I don't even watch it. There is only so many times a season you can watch the El Classico and pretend to be excited , usually after about 4 or 5 times is more than enough. In Scotland everyone else hates Celtic in England we share the hate around by having different teams win the league occasionally. It's been 30 years since a non Glasgow team won the league and I doubt it will ever happen again . If you get 1 or 2 trophys a year guaranteed for beating the also rans, and think that's more of an achievement than gaining promition to the Prem with £200m tv deals as a reward ? then that sums up Scotch football. Norwich were in Lg1 £23m in debt and close to administration being propped up by a middle aged tv cook. We cleared our debts built a top football academy and spent money enlarging our stadium capacity. Brentford are a two bob outfit and could possibly go up with a massive prize , the Scottish teams other than Celtic live off crumbs .
If it was just the teams that won the league in the C L then it would be over pretty quick ,and nobody would watch the Belgium Champions play the Lithuanian Champions. A 4th placed English team is light years ahead of most Champions from the other leagues.
But its the "Champions" League. 4th placed team in England, Germany, Italy and Spain are champions of nothing. As for the TV money, it won't last forever and SKY cannot continue to throw money around. I suspect then there will be a re-balancing, not many Scotch Clubs would go out of business without TV money, the same cannot be said for far too many teams in the EPL and lower.
