Also....Beth is right.....that last minute goal by Cisse against Stoke followed by the crowd celebrating Bolton letting their 2 goal lead slip back to 2-2!! Amazing noise in the ground!! (Still have it on my sky planner!!)

Beating Middlesbrough 5-0 at LR way back. Wonder what Andy Dribble is doing nowadays?

Mine is a very strange and obscure one, but back in 2002/2003 season, Plymouth at Home, we drew 2-2, with Jerome Thomas and Richard Pacquette scoring.

Pacquette's equaliser late on was one of the best finishes I've seen at LR, running on and hitting a sweet half volley into the top corner before continuing his run towards the loft. As only a 10 year old at the time, that was a great moment for me.

Actually the trip back from Hillsborough has to count high - the whole train singing - Naaaaa Na Na Na we've got Paul Furlong... Furlong - he scores the goals in the blue and white, he's sorry about the chelsea sh++e, repeat - non stop for about 90 mins.
Then we ended up in Clapham at some club - off my tits and the whole club was strangely full of very dangerous looking QPR firm / mob element who were on a huge bender - went on til daylight - top day out!

It has to be 'that' Paul Furlong goal for me too. It's while I'll always support the play-offs, why I refuse to accept that being in the PL is necessarily 'better' than being in lg1 and why I'll always have shared a hug with a stranger; a large man who sat behind me and also kissed me on the head!

I was hugging a stranger quite regularly last season during that great run of home wins. Chat to him every home game now!!

Winning 2-0 at Stamford Bridge during our division 2 title winning season 1982-3. It was a night match and - it seemed- only a couple of thousand had made the trip to stand in a kind of cage in the open away end. I was 14 and it was my first away night match. The shed end spent the whole game promising to 'see us both outside' but we stuffed them on the pitch and I got home safe - waited till I was on the tube before I started smiling though! We got promoted a month later. Brilliant.

Has there been such an incredible atmosphere like the Oldham game in the 9 years since at HQ?

Chelsea last year must have come close?

Nowhere near the greatest moment, but I really enjoyed those seven wins on the trot a few years back under Ollie, which sadly came to an end at Deepdale if memory serves. Oh, how a similar run, but in the PL, would be most welcome.

That's still my favourite season since I started supporting Rangers. Yeah Herr Uber, the run ended in a 2-1 reverse at Deepdale with George Santos dropping a clanger. We then had another 2-1 reverse at Wolves but got back on track with a 3-0 win over Burnley.

    Fantastic season, 04/05.

Difficult one. Obvious mentions made already but for me, it has to be dave webb's winning header against City in 1976. That was the moment when we all believed for the first time that we would be Champions. I was standing in the middle of the Loft with my friends and you just knew as soon as he got to masson's free kick that he would score and we would go on to win.

What a team that was. What a fabulous run in as we motored from also rans into the lead with only one or two away and two or three home games left. The trouble was that one of the away games was to lowly Norwich and a crap referreing decision saw us go 3-1 down with only a few minutes to go. Given's goal (or was it an own goal?) near the end turned out to be only a consolation

QPR 5-5 Newcastle For the best comeback
QPR 6-2 Partizan as its the only european game i have seen ( shame it was at Highbury!)
QPR 1-0 Oldham For the importance of the game
Sheff Wed 2- 3 Qpr Finally getting promoted, and for also the bizarre situation of having a full police escort on a tram
Chesterfield 4 -2 QPR For the most incredible rainstorm. It lasted for the entire 90 minutes and with the added bonus of a 70 mph wind right behind it blowing straight into the away end, it was this game that made realise how lucky i was to support the superhoops!
