Of course, the best time to judge a player is when he's just been sent off. Great ****ing logic here guys But you make your crappy little lists and stick Tiote right at the bottom, because it means he'll stay with us and we like it when our players are under rated. .
Rofl I aint angry or anything, but I just find some peoples lack of rationality quick frustrating. But I'm mostly happy with this sort of thing, because it means our best players will less likely leave
I never said "we should sell him", I said "should we sell him", and I went on to say if he manages to regain fitness and form, then no way would I sell, but if he can't achieve some consistency by the end of the season, then we should consider selling for a good price.
I think Arteta and Tiote are different players and different roles. I wouldn't classify Arteta as a DM.
This. That's why I knew the OP was bait. Arteta has better creative/attacking abilities. Tiote is better in defense.
I wouldn't classify yaya there either. More of modern CM. DM are Tiote, Lucas, Mikel, Song/Diaby, De Jong, etc. And even Diaby is kind of similar to Yaya.
Yup. Nasty bastard. Probably a bit of what we need though! They are doing ****e at the moment, AC Milan. 11 points behind 3rd (cl spot) already.
I asked about De Jong because I was going to say he is one of the best DMs on the league but thats mainly because is an actual DM.
Arteta has played at DM for a season or so now... Statistically he's also one of (if not) the best in the league right now in terms of tackling. Seriously under-rated contribution at Arsenal. The question wasn't which out-and-out DM was the best, but which player is the best as a DM.
