If Berahino signs a new contract and then gets sold because of a new clause in his contract that allows him to move on as per the terms of his new contract, will the contract he signs with his new club also have a clause that allows him to sign a new contract with another club or a pre-contract as long as financial stipulations are met. All meaning that his old contract and new contract are perfectly viable as long as the clubs involved don't terminate the said contract. Back in a bit I need a ****!
