I'm sure he did of the options presented to him I wouldn't imagine those available for loan in January were anything to write home about. You're either looking at players who haven't been good enough to force their way in or players who have fallen out with the manager/club. We've found one who fulfills both criteria. Honestly there is zero point at this football club trying to attach signings to a manager. They aren't truly involved. Even less so than other clubs, even then its down to scouting and budgets.
