As a Sunderland fan, i feel that if Carroll, who's had half a season, is worth ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã35million plus, you guys had our eyes out for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã24million for a striker who has consistently got goals for 6YEARS! Carroll is a player of great potential, but so was Jamie Forrester, so was Micheal Bridges, so was Jo! You bought a player who is PROVEN, they are throwing mone at a possibility, in my opinion.
Yea well chuffed as i have just heard on SSN that Newcastle have supposedly rejected the Pools bid of 35M for Carroll ! Glad we sorted our transfer out when we did.
