I actually think americanising the game would be good for us- we could do with a specialist kicker for dead ball situations who could come on and off when needed.

Take your point, but if you add Walker into the mix then there is plenty of pace and ability on the ball in the opposing half should there be a break away. Arguably, pure defensive strength may not be the prerequisite in those situations. And if we get more accuracy with corners as a result of him taking them then there should be fewer of those opportunities for opponents.
I've said it before, but I just can't comprehend how no boot company has taken him on. He's an advertiser's dream, isn't he? He couldn't have a more distinct brand if he tried.

Its not like that PNP, I've read it elsewhere than that link but can't find it, he doesn't want one. He's happy being paid for work he does and thats all, doesn't feel right money for nothing, he needs to feel he's earnt it....admirable or stupid, can't make my mind up!
