I think that's entirely what his use is at the moment. That being said, I think we lose a bit of shape when he's in the team and I've not seen him offer any defensive side to his game. If anything I'd probably use him as the man to bring on for Gelhardt late in a game.

But hes shown a goalscoring side to his game on more than a few occasions now so with our lack of strikers my vote is to get him on the pitch more often

this all day for me, dont think he has the experience or knowledge to pace himself through an english game...but 60 mins on the clock hoy him up front & its a potential nightmare for defenders....hes not going to hold it like Stewart....but neither is Gelhardt...the defence either have to drop off his due to his pace....he gets space to receive ball...if the mark tight he runs into chanels or over the top...as we have limited options up front i think this might be as good option as we have

He did well at Coventry, better than Pritchard imo. and should have come on much earlier earlier.

I think this is an acclimatisation year for him and we're not expecting very much. He's got obvious pace and ability and is adapting to this level of football. He's getting time to settle, has his family around him, adjusting to the culture change and learning the language. A good pre season and we'll see the best of him next year,I'm sure.

Agree, scored a good goal v Fulham at home when coming on as sub. Cool finish.

This season is all about setting the foundations for the future . It is a chance to introduce the young lads slowly and not bring them in when it is a must win game . For me the most pleasing thing has been how the players have stepped up when needed and the crowd understands they need a little time .
We should be safe soon so some of the younger lads can get game time in preparation for next season , not like the old days , thrown in at the deep end and hope the swim . These young lads need time to mature and most importantly game time with out too much pressure .
Most f us have noticed how the players step up when needed and this is all down to the recruit team and training staff allowing them freedom with out pressure .
There will be a new batch of players coming in the closed season and I hope that they also get time to settle in and enjoy there football like the current team .

He could be in a bit of bother after this...

I'm confused by this , I like the lad and hope he is OK . he's been treated shabbily here compared to others imo.
