    Why do we have to endure ex players as commentators.

    I have as much desire to listen to anything Steve McManaman has to say as I would putting my knackers in a vice.

    I can just about cope with ex players as pundits. The ****ers can barely string a proper constructed sentence together.

    Again not a great performance but totally expected. Benfica may have not been the toughest team expected by many at the draw in summer but how many times did United struggle to get a win away in recent years?

    A win is all that's needed at that stage and hopefully the players remain fit for their premiership weekend match. The top priority is now to get 3 points against Huddersfield.

    Have to agree, there are not many ex footy players who do a good job they need to realise fans don't want it and get better people in. The Carra Neville thing is ok but when there are 20+ of them all over the different channels it isn't a good thing.
