    Don't think Obertan has any trouble getting back, its once he's there that is the problem. He hasn't got a natural football brain so his awareness defensively is terrible. He gets a good number of rollockings off other players from what I can see about his inability to track runners. He also does not yet understand the value of closing down and stopping the cross.

    He did not do that bad against Swansea when he tracked back and got the ball in our corner and held of the Swansea player with his strength and flicked the ball up and kicked it over his head.

    He has his moments for sure. His pace and high fitness levels should mean he can defend. But he is reluctant at times, and I think the defenders get frustrated that he'll pick up his man sometimes, and others he just lets them run. In his defence I do not believe he is suited to a 442. He made his name the right side of a 433. I can see why.
