Snaggs - I suppose it's a question whether you need to be a "real Cardiff fan" to wish Craig all the best whatever he decides. Does it mean if you think Craig has chosen to go elsewhere rather than follow through his expressed intent to only join Cardiff if he left Man City, then he has in someway let us down? I don't necessarily think so myself though I can see the other point of view. For those that do, it does NOT mean you aren't a "real Cardiff fan". It's a matter of whether you want the best for Cardiff City FC or for Mr. Craig Bellamy - that's what makes the difference. If there's one solution that satisfies both, then great.

Superswan it does not bother me at all what anyone says it is either an open forum or a boys club...if you can`t stand the heat keep out of the fire. Some want to say whatever they feel like while telling others what they cant post... Forum a place where everyone gets a say. This idea where a few pat each other on the back has no value...that would be very dull if everyone did that. Most of the forums are that dull... a lively forum is where there are different views. If someone says something I don`t agree with I laugh it off, I post what I want to post and as far as I am concerned you post what you want to say...seems fair to me.
Sparkey, I meant fans from other clubs but if the odd Cardiff fan reads that wrong then who am I to correct them. To read in context comes naturally to me but I appreciate not everyone can do this.

Dai is harmless enough but can be annoying on times - Aussie is just a poinonous little twat. Sparkey, no argument there about Aussie whatsoever. My problem with Dai is he is simply a liar, and I find it quite easy to dislike him. However I would rather have 10 Dai's on here than one Aussie or Hit the Road....is he still denying its him. Dare I say the name but does anyone know if Mayhillboi or Ladyboi as he was affectionatley know as shown up on here.
sparky, I'm not sure if you are suggesting that if you do not wish him well you cannot be a true fan or not? Is it so that if I don't weish him well I am not a true fan? Is that what you are saying to me? I was not commenting on the subject, merely on jck200's insistent in various quotes of saying things like "We all wish..." or Every True Cardiff fan would...." or "no true fan could..." (Don't quote me jck they are only example of a mode of speech) as if he has the right and the authority to speak for all. I merely pointed out, as I have on other occasions that he does not have the right. In saying things like he said he assumes to speak for me and you and every other Cardiff City Fan, (with the implication that if we do not agree with his position then we are not true fans) and he has no right to make that asssumption. Whether or not I agree with his comment on this occasion or any other is not relevant. I merely point out that he has no right to speak for me. i am more than capable of speaking for myself. I pulled him up on it on another post where he said that he was sure all bluebirds wished the jacks well in the Prem. I didn't and I don't. He has no right to make the assumption. Nuff said!

Forget your stance against another poster allegedly speaking for you for a minute, I think you've got a valid point. All I said was that being a "real Cardiff fan" has nothing to do with anyone's opinion about Craig coming here or not. If someone doesn't particularly wish him well if he choses not to come here again, that has nothing to do with being a real Cardiff fan - the two things are completely seperate. I am a supporter of CCFC first and foremost - the players who turn out for the club at any time are by their very nature, transient. Life goes on under Malky now - we did not die because DJ has gone nor will we if Craig doesn't come back.

I won't be upset if he does not come here. Yes he would be boon but rather see the money spent on a decent pacy right winger who is fit, and a keeper to replace Heaton (Hanneman is a free agent waiting for a club!), and abig striker who is better than both Parkin and Gestade. Who knows though if he goes to Liverpool, then when he gets bored sitting on the bench he can come here on loan for a fraction of the price!!
