I don't really know who is out there to take over at the moment as I don't follow the in's and out's of the managerial merry-go-round. What we need is someone to come in and firstly stop the goals flooding in. It seems at the moment that when we play a mediocre / decent side we are getting mullered. So, shore up the defence and take it from there. Phil Brown is out of work, how about him?
Maybe a manager who was a defender in his playing days, although that didnt really work with Tony adams!
