Apparently, for practical reasons, it's the maximum number of casks/bottles they can get in there.

I liked the Egerton Blue Spiced best, but the Burleigh Export Strength was nice. Masons was too, a bit like a bottle I've got from the Camden Gin Distillery with lots of tea flavours
Sipsmiths gin is nice, but I've never tried the pink one you'd found :emoticon-0104-surpr

    That's it
They can't just chuck a load more in from a lorry like they could if it was a lager festival!
It's always pretty much gone by Saturday lunchtime, I help see to that

I went to beer festival yesterday, I sort of planned to go for a few hours and then go to the Wolves game.

It never quite worked out that way.

I got mullered on all sorts of brewage and then went on the lash down High Street.

I missed my train home and gave a fiver to a tramp.

The full list. Not a bad one among them really, all drinkable.

Mom. Very fruity. Mrs really liked it. top one for the mrs.
Bin Nordes. Bit weak this one but ok.
Masons Tea. Tea and pepper. V good.
    Monkey 47. v good.
    Brokers Gin. Good.
    Leopolds. V good.
King of Soho. Top one for me.
    Portobello Rd. V good. 2nd
    Sipsmith Sloe Gin. Campari.
    Bathtub. 2nd for the mrs.

Have to say the burger and chips from Shoot The Bull were excellent. The mrs says they are the best chips she's had.

My only complaint was it was a bit dark to read the Gin book they gave you. I had to borrow Mrs Lincoln Tigers gigs to see the bloody thing.

    Good work
I'll try and report mine later
Bathtub went down well with Mrs Askewshair
I was going to try the Monkey 47 but didn't, glad it was good though
I should have suggested trying the Hoxtons, that was our winner last year, so I had to go to the House of Townend place at Melton to get a bottle

Forgot to say I agree it was a little dark
Askews had to borrow his Mrs' glasses too. I was a bit sceptical on the venue as last year was in the pier, but I thought it was ok actually
Obviously I got there at one minute to opening so we got seats, but more seating wouldn't have gone amiss
Two Pianos were a great band too IMHO

    Ye band were excellent.
Venue was ok but its achingly cool in there isnt it.Obviously we fitted right in but for many off here it'd be too difficult.

I got some funny looks by the bearded, sandal wearing wierdo's and I'm ashamed to say was asked to mind my language in the house of the Lord by some old crow.

    ****ing liberty.

    Come on Carmine
Pay attention ... they are two separate bashes, at two separate venues
Planned properly you get a full night getting battered on real ale, followed by a second night getting pleasantly tipsy on splendid gins
Planned poorly you end up wandering round with Julien minesweeping what's left of the dregs of ale, and not getting any gin at all

Must try harder, see me after class
