That's a good album. "Purina Hall of Fame" is my favourite. They do get a bit preachy though, especially with their veganism.

Hmm, not exactly eloquent is it.

Tbh, these days I'm more concerned with the fact that individuals are taught what to think instead of being taught the skills of how to think. In a supposedly free thinking society, tolerant of every view, that is particularly worrying.

I agree with veganism in theory, but I don't see myself adopting it.

When this album was released I saw them in Brighton, still one of the best shows I've ever been to.

It's a nice idea but likewise I just couldn't give up all that tasty ****. I've got a steak for tonight and I'm just counting down the hours until I get to eat that bad boy. Soon enough though they'll be selling meat grown from stem cells and that should pose a moral dilemma for a lot of vegetarians.

Never seen Propagandhi live, but the best gig for me was probably 36 Crazyfists in Islington when I was 18.

I was a vegitarian for a month but gave up when my mum made roast beef. <laugh>

Chicken and chips in the oven. It's not just the taste, it's the protein. I only know one vegan and she had a stroke at like 33, I don't know if it's related at all, probably not.

I miss all the punk gigs I went to in the early noughties. There seemed to be like one killer show every week. Did you see Boy Sets Fire do their reunion tour? It was really ****ty and cringy. Lightyear also did a reunion tour. It was amazing. I saw all these guys and girls I hadn't seen for like 10 years, and they sang along to every word of everysong. Not bad for a band that never really "made" it.

Roy Hodgson will take charge of the England U21's against Scotland on 13th August. Hopefully he will see Luke Shaw in action.

Hopefully he will finally get a game for them! I have a sneaking suspicion he will be madem unavailable again though!

And obviously a completely forgotten one.

A bump after only 5 posts TSS? You're like a toddler who gets ignored and then starts repeating himself louder and louder until someone pays attention! ;)

I personally didn't follow his career after he left us (Just googled him to see the degree to which he has bounced around, wowzers) but I know he's on Twitter, he frequently tweets about/to the club and seems to support us from afar. Not sure how much he was following us down in L1 and the Championship though the plastic glory-hunting bastard!

Didn't we have another french youngster around the same time?
