Hopefully Broad and Finn recover. England might also be better off playing two frontline spinners in the CT.

Indeed, depending on the opposition and conditions I'd go with either Jimmy/Broad/Finn/Tremlett/Swann or Jimmy/Broad/Finn/Tredwell/Swann. Really keen on us giving Tremlett a go before the Ashes, he gave some of the Aussies real trouble in the past, he can go for a bit but a lot more dangerous than Bresnan, Dernbach or Woakes.

Jimmy Carr said on his show last night that Cricket was invented when a group of boys were on a field, none of them remembered to bring a ball, they were all stood around on the field and nothing happened! <laugh>

In fairness, I don't mind Cricket if it's England, but only the highlights. Feel sorry for the editors!

Every time we try to get going, we lose a wicket. Have to strike out now, but every wicket slows it up again. Cricket is a game improved by TV...I used to watch it before without replays and it was soporific, but much more watchable with discussions and replays. Only watch England though.

I prefer Reginald D. Hunter's explanation of Cricket.

Watching the protest in Turkey, it's pretty ****ed up there isn't it.

They look decent but England don't like having a long tail. They always seem desperate to find room somewhere for Bresnan. Dernbach and Woakes look completely out of their depth.

Saw the new Star Trek last night and have to say Benedict Cumberbatch is a great actor. So good in fact every scene he is in he steals it with ease.

With everyone criticising trott, he is the only one to come out of this game with any real credit.
