I know but I don't think it's too much to ask for me to browse this forum without finding out the F1 results. There is an F1 section of the forum I believe, so it can be discussed there.

If you don't want to know, I would suggest the best idea would be not reading Beefy's!!

Indeed, I just couldn't resist that fairly obvious response to what you said. For what it's worth I don't watch it so couldn't spoil it if I wanted to, I considered making some absolutely hilarious (and not at all predictable) joke at 1pm about some huge happening at the start of the race, but I didn't even know enough to think of one. <laugh>

Rubbish .

All things are mentioned on here , tom is well within his rights to ask posters not to comment on the F1 until AFTER the highlights , he's not asking for a banning , just a delay !
 
Right, today I'm going to try to get into F1. Seeing the Monaco circuit just makes me wish I had a Gran Turismo game, so I might have to buy one.

He's within his rights to ask, yes. I was merely saying that if he is really bothered about not knowing, he is best off giving it a swerve altogether.

I've tried a few times (although admittedly not incredibly hard), I just couldn't get into it, rarely does enough happen for me to find an interest, when I'm not familiar with all the little subtleties and nuances like the technical side of it or the team element, it's just a couple of hours of racing with about three overtakes.

Not all license fee payers think Miranda Hart is funny but they still insist on shoving her down my throat.
 
I see Dylan Hartley has been banned for 11 weeks for 'Verbally abusing the referee'. Imagine if this kind of punishment came to football...
