8/10, but one was a guess. Harder than I expected. Spoilers just in case others try:

[nsfw]I got the one about the brother Hilary wrong, I said it was impossible to tell, and also the one about the queen's dress.[/nsfw]

Just had one of the Peggy's Cove lighthouse, which is about 45 minutes from here. Missed by 90m on the spotting, though. 15380 total points.

Considering how much he likes Glee and Les Mis, it's not that surprising. PL likes his pop.

As I'm bored, I will ask you lot a question I heard earlier today.

Would you play Russian Roulette for £5 million? 6 people, no spinning so if you go last and the bullet hasn't been fired then you are dead.

Fwiw the chances of surviving (at the start) is 83.3%

Pretty morbid but like I say I'm bored

Yeah probably. If I lost, I wouldn't care, I'd be dead. If I won, neat, £5 million.

There's an Oxbridge interview question I've seen around our Sixth Form Centre recently that has bugged me.

    It goes like this...

"A man tries to take his cargo of seagulls across a bridge, however, his load is too heavy. He gets out of the lorry and hits the container with a stick. Can he now cross the bridge?"

I reckon I'd do it if I could go first or last, otherwise I'd have to think long and hard about it. Knowing my luck I'd go last and end up having to shoot myself

Is this basically asking "will the container be lighter if the seagulls are flying around inside it instead of sitting"? If so, I'm fairly confident the answer is no.

No; it's difficult to drive a vehicle when you're standing outside, hitting things with a stick.

I thought it meant it would be lighter because hitting the container would cause the birds to **** themselves , the poo would then exit the container through holes in the floor , if there were any .

Well, if they're off the ground surely they're not weighing it down?

However I highly doubt the weight of the seagulls makes a huge difference, they're not heavy.

Or if the container doesnt have a roof then the Seagulls would fly away.

Also the seagulls could be strapped to the container, and if there are loads of them they could carry the container.

How the **** didn't I get into Oxbirdge
