I do wonder how that shop is getting on. I haven't noticed it before, but I can't imagine that the swimming pool business is booming in Park Gate or the surrounding area!

 

That's pretty much all that Hatfield was good for when I lived there. Aldi and weed.

 

All you need to know about SO vs PO is this: cruise ships vs car ferries. Travelling in style vs pikeys going camping.

 

They do have the hovercraft though.

 

I have a relative who lives out at Locks Heath/Park Gate and I've been spending the last 3 months doing up his house [he's disabled]. The other week we went past that Swimming Pool shop, and we both thought it was the most oddly placed outlet for those supplies. Then again, where should you put a swimming pool shop..? Probably best online these days, along with most other things. I would imagine it has a website.

 

I heard he was importing a 'Stang or something not long ago and just after posting I saw a picture of Jose Fonte driving it round the car park.

Also, for those that care, the new data update for FM13 just came out.

 

Ah yes, I live just up the road from Park Gate in Sarisbury Green! I have no idea how long it's been there. I think it might be in the unit where I (my parents) used to buy my school uniform from. As you say, for such a niche market the internet is surely the best way to go.

 

I see Parkhouse and Wyatt got ram raided with a lorry today. They basically stole the whole shop, but gotcaught tho.

My sister used to work there and they were robbed by thugs with guns. Must be an intense and scary situation to be in! Luckily they were caught that time too

I know which Swimming Pool shop you mean, I grew up in Locks Heath. Went to Brookfield School too. My Mum still works at the Fruit and Veg shop in Park Gate!

 

My sis used to work there as well she left as the last few times they got ram raided the boss made them clear the mess up!.

 

I read that first time as your sister getting ram raided by the boss! LOL sorry >_<

 

Christ, I just loaded up the new data update on FM and Ramirez' wage is now £62k a week.

 

So it's been there a while then? Hadn't noticed/payed attention to it before!! It's a small world on Saints not606. I bought some blueberries from that fruit and veg shop just the other day!! I also went to Brookfield. Graduated (if that's what you call finishing high school) in 2006!

 

What a strange story. The inconspicuous escape vehicle was cornered near Shirley Towers. Just another day in SO15.

Yeah, its been there as long as I can remember, when I was at school/college - I've lived in Bromley for 3 years. I've always thought it was an odd place for it, down Warsash next to Peter Nash! I "graduated" in 2007 I think.

 

The seconded time it happened when my sis worked there they used sawn off shot guns and got away with 100k's worth of stuff, don't think they got caught either.

 

Is that the official update? That's a strange thing for them to do.
